CONSULTATIONS
TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
Online from wherever you are, or in person in South Africa when I'm home. Both start with a proper assessment and end with a written plan you can act on.

ONLINE CONSULTATION
WHO IT'S FOR
Cricketers at any level with an injury, a recurring niggle or a return-to-play question; parents of young bowlers; coaches wanting a second opinion on load; physiotherapists wanting case guidance.
WHAT HAPPENS
You book and pay online, complete a short intake form, and we meet on Zoom for 45 minutes.
I take a full history, watch you move, and where useful review video footage of you bowling, batting or running.
You leave with a written plan within 24 hours, and a 30-minute follow-up option.
WHAT IT IS NOT
An online consultation cannot replace hands-on treatment or emergency care. If you need either, I'll say so and point you to the right person locally.
